They're in an opportunity, though, and not likely looking to start something else. It's your job to softly, and with utmost care, pique their interest without setting off any trip wires.
The best way to do this is to start with an offer that helps them in their existing business... something unrelated to your opportunity. Something generic, like advertising tools or coaching.
Obtain their trust, and show your worth to them by assisting them to move forward with their existing business. Show them that, unlike their existing upline, you are training them things that work. But make it crystal clear that the only people who get your full focus are the people contributing to your own success.
At that point, enrolling in your organization will be the next rational step.
